For me, tattooing is more than an act of adornment—it’s a socially engaged practice. Through research, sketching, and performative acts in studios, I explore tattooing as a form of mark-making tied to heritage, feminism, and self-expression. Tattoos are monuments to identity, as vital as any language or artifact, and a testament to the power of storytelling through art.
